The JT renders seem to be based off the JK. It may be the angle, but the shape of the grille seems to be more JK than JL. The JL is more trapezoidal. I want perfection with my renders! And I agree, 2 too many doors. But I'll keep quiet, after years and years of wanting a Jeep pickup (2 door), I most likely will buy another Unlimited. Jeep, you took too long to give us a pickup.

I think the doors will be the same as the JL, no reason to add cost with a unique door for the JT.

 

today manufacturers are keeping more parts similar + interchangeable to save $$$ for more profits, but prices rarely go down!!!!

 

Hood is also JK based (not even JL), JT CAD file show centre placement of hood vent, and also fuel filler close to the middle at the front of the box.

 

Yeah, the fuel filler will be forward of the wheel. It is on the mules.

 

Anyone with some photo shop skills and some free time willing to make the white JT with color matching white top? Would love to see it compared to the black top.

almost bought a green 72 nova when i could not get a new black one in 72, but with the dark interior a green 2 door for me!! although it will need to haul a half a ton + have a manual tranny, soft top of course which is the main reason for my interest + it looks better than any extended cab on the market!! with the 4 doors being first as well as the regular jeeps will be the beta testers + hopefully they will be better than the new problematic M-8 HD bikes!!!!

 

Anyone with a guess of what the tailgate will look like? Imprinted JEEP across the length of it??
Anyone think it will open like a regular tailagate as well as the way the Wrangker opens. Like the Ridgeline ?

 

i hope it comes as a cab chassis as would want a trayback not a ute tub then it will actually be useful
